Terms and Conditions FJ99 – Platform Usage Guidelines

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and fj99 ("Platform", "We"). This document governs access to and use of the website, mobile app, and all services provided by fj99.

By accessing the FJ99 website or registering an account, you confirm that you have read and understood all terms stated herein. Continued use of the FJ99 platform following any amendment to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

FJ99 reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. Notice of changes will be communicated to members via the platform or registered communication channels. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

To register and use fj99 services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Never having been declared bankrupt or currently subject to unresolved bankruptcy proceedings.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account only at fj99. Holding multiple accounts by a single individual is a serious breach of terms and may result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any credit balance.

FJ99 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time. You are required to submit valid identification such as a MyKad, passport, or other accepted official documents upon request. Failure to comply with a KYC request may result in your account being restricted until verification is completed.

You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs within your FJ99 account, including activity carried out by third parties who gain access due to your own negligence in safeguarding your password.

• Your FJ99 account is personal and may not be shared, transferred, or sold to another party.
• Use a strong and unique password for your FJ99 account. FJ99 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA).
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the FJ99 support team immediately.
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to maintenance fees or closure in accordance with current policy.

All financial transactions on fj99 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported payment methods include DuitNow, FPX, local bank transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay. Use of unapproved payment methods may result in the transaction being cancelled.

Regarding Deposits:

• Deposits are processed within minutes for electronic payment methods.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set according to the chosen payment method.
• Deposits must be made from an account in the same name as the registered player. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• FJ99 reserves the right to place a hold on deposit processing if signs of suspicious activity are detected, pending completion of an investigation.

Regarding Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account in the same name as the fj99 account holder.
• First-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding a certain amount may require full KYC verification.

FJ99 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each promotion has specific conditions stated in its respective promotional terms. The general conditions applicable to all FJ99 bonuses are as follows:

• Each bonus carries a wagering (rollover) requirement that must be met before a withdrawal can be made.

A FJ99 account may be terminated or suspended under the following circumstances:

• Suspicious activity: Accounts linked to fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity will be suspended pending investigation.
• Inactivity: Accounts inactive for a defined period may be subject to closure in accordance with current policy.
